The Secrétariat à l’adoption internationale (International Adoption Bureau) is the central authority of Quebec. For information concerning their services, the adoption process and various countries open to adoption by residents of Quebec, we invite you to visit their website by clicking here : SAI
Every international adoption project requires a psychosocial evaluation (Homestudy). As far as Formons une famille is concerned, all the countries we are accredited to work with require that the Homestudy be endorsed by the parents’ local Youth Protection Services (Centre jeunesse). To find out where your local Youth Protection Services are located, you can consult the website of Regroupement provincial des comités des usagers (RPCU) by clicking here: : RPCU
